With over 27 years immersed in the world of performance, production, and creative direction, I bring a rare, embodied understanding of the entertainment industry that spans both the visible and unseen layers of creation.

My experience flows across disciplines, from acting and on-screen presence to sound engineering, set design, and producing. This breadth allows me to step into creative spaces not only as a consultant, but as someone who intimately understands the rhythm, pressure, and alchemy of bringing a vision to life.

Today, this foundation is woven with my work as a Sacred Clinical Herbalist and Interdisciplinary Researcher, integrating herbal medicine, neuroscience, and occult science into the heart of creative environments.

I offer consultancy for stage, television, and film productions, supporting projects that wish to deepen their authenticity, symbolism, and energetic coherence. This can include guidance on ritual accuracy, archetypal layering, and the subtle psychological and physiological impact of storytelling on both performers and audience.

Alongside this, I work directly on set and within rehearsal spaces as a Wellbeing Consultant, offering grounded, discreet, and deeply supportive care for cast and crew. My approach may include herbal support, energy-based sessions and the gentle tending of emotional and energetic wellbeing within high-pressure environments.

I also offer optional blessing work for sets and stages, creating a held, intentional space that honours the creative process, protects those within it, and supports a harmonious flow from first call to final cut.
